Provide Administrative Support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a team player with meticulous work standards, possess basic project management skills, be able to multitask and have exemplary interpersonal skills.

  • Manage correspondence with clients, suppliers, as well as local and federal authorities for Mexico, Central America and Cuba.
  • Coordinate with different department’s fact finding for customer complaints or compliments and ensure proper and timely responses with in Air Canada´s guidelines.
  • Coordinate the timely submission of Operating Permits, Itineraries, AOC, etc. with Aviation Authorities
  • Oversee the proper functioning of the office including coordinating with land-lord, Communication Company, cleaning services, etc.
  • Ensure local contracts are renewed or renegotiated on time and their filling on Air Canada systems.
  • Manage regular communications through mail-merge tools.
  • Prepare and send product and services newsletter updates to trade media.
  • Coordinate PR activities in conjunction with PR Agency.
  • Maintain log with Promo Ticket usage and that Air Canada´s guidelines are followed.
  • Keep track of local expenses and that they are reflected accordingly in local Budget (Including PA, CR and CU).
  • Prepare monthly sales reports obtaining data from internal and external sources (AIM, eSMASH, etc.).
  • Maintain Wavers and Favors log for top corporate customers and TMC´s that participate in local W&F program.
  • Coordinate communication with GSA´s offices in Panama, Costa Rica and Cuba.
  • Prepare and send Weekly Activity Reports
  • Maintain updated files.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Organized
  • Team work
  • Excel, Word and Power Point expert level
  • Basic knowledge of Airline Reservations Systems or GDS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Analytical skills

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
