Lucas is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ Latin American corporates group. His primary areas of expertise are the electric-power utilities and energy (oil and gas) industries, for which he is the primary analyst for robust portfolio of credits, including PEMEX.
Sergio Rodriguez, covering corporate sectors other than energy.
Sergio, CFA, is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ Latin America corporate finance group. Sergio’s main responsibilities include co-heading the Mexican corporates team and being the representative and liaison for the region at Fitch’s Corporate Criteria Advisory Forum.
Charles Seville, covering MEXICO sovereign credit view.
Charles is Co-Head of the Americas Sovereign team, based in New York. As lead analyst on the US and Mexico, he is primarily responsible for sovereign ratings and analysis, and for economic forecasts in conjunction with Fitch’s economics team.
